Data controller

Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Ripplo as the data controller, as described below. The company name and address will be included in the approved version of this notice.

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: first and last name, email address
  • Professional information: company, business type, industry, social media account
  • Transaction security: a keyed hash of your IP address
  • Marketing: your consent decisions

Purposes of processing

  • Reviewing and concluding applications and requests
  • Carrying out communication
  • Sending product and campaign announcements, with your explicit consent
  • Running information security processes

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed because it is necessary to enter into a contract, on the legitimate interest of the data controller, and, for marketing communication, on your explicit consent.

Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on this website.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to the hosting and security service providers needed to provide the service, and to authorized public bodies where the law requires. Transfers abroad follow the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
  • To know the third parties it is transferred to
  • To ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong, and for deletion when the conditions are met
  • To object to an outcome against you that results from automated analysis
  • To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
