Scope
This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit this website and use its forms. The Ripplo product has its own terms of use and privacy terms.

Purposes
- To review your application or request and get back to you
- To send emails about product news and offers, if you consented
- To protect the forms against abuse (bot protection and rate limits)
- To be able to prove your consents
Retention
Demo requests are kept for at most 24 months, and affiliate applications for as long as the application is reviewed and any business relationship lasts. Consent records are kept as long as needed to prove the consent. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We may share it only with providers needed to run the service (such as hosting and the Cloudflare Turnstile security check) and with authorities where the law requires.

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing and withdraw your marketing consent. Details of your rights in Turkey are in our KVKK privacy notice.
